The tweet contained several pictures, one of them being the picture of him hiding behind the tree in a yellow suit. He would tweet the picture of him hiding behind the tree again on October 8th, 2018 with the caption, "Me Waiting on Thanksgiving".
Due to the recent success of the "Uh ha ha" video, older memes of him such as "The Man in the Yellow Jacket" meme have started to gain popularity as a result on other social media sites as well.
Meaning
The Man in the Yellow Jacket depicts that the man is plotting or looking forward to something. Doing this while hiding behind a tree adds a feeling of secrecy, as he is able to do this while not being noticed.
